Dharma, Yoga, and Sangha

This 75 minute class begins with storytelling or a bit of yoga philosophy (dharma) which will then be woven into the movement portion of class (yoga) to give you a deep experience of your own embodied wisdom. Class culminates with a descent into greater stillness, and some time in meditation. After class, students are invited to linger and spend time in community (sangha).
